Consumer Health Privacy
Last updated: August 2026
Some regions (such as Washington State's My Health My Data Act) require services to disclose their practices around "consumer health data." This page explains our position for R2A Academy.
We do not collect health data
R2A Academy is a robotics and STEM learning platform. We do not ask for, and do not intentionally collect, physical or mental health information, medical conditions, disability status, or biometric data as part of normal platform use.
Accessibility accommodations
Where a student's school informs us of an approved learning accommodation (for example, extended assessment time), we treat that information as confidential and use it only to apply the accommodation — not for any health-profiling purpose.
If health-related information is shared with us
If a student, parent, or teacher voluntarily shares health-related information with us (for example, in a support request), we treat it as confidential, limit access to staff who need it to resolve the request, and do not use it for advertising or share it with third parties for marketing purposes.
Your rights
You may ask us at any time whether we hold any health-related information about you and request its deletion, using the contact details below.
